Tim Morton & Associates, Inc. is an interdisciplinary team formed to address the wide variety of regulatory and environmental issues facing the regulated public. Our goal is to provide accurate and timely advice and support to individuals and corporations planning activities that would require permits from regulatory agencies. Our area of expertise is generally limited to the Gulf Coast, but we have successfully completed assignments throughout the United States. Our services generally run the gamut of satisfying the requirements of the state and federal agencies that regulate activities in uplands, jurisdictional wetlands, state/coastal waters and territorial seas.
